vienna . u made me love you
hinter meinem umzug nach wien steckt keine romantische geschichte . es gibt rückblickend keinen dieser momente der erwähnenswert wäre warum ich mich für wien entschieden hab . ich wollte einfach nur in die großstadt, das war alles. aber ich kann bestimmt sagen, dass ich diese entscheidung mit keinem tag bereue. ich liebe meine stadt über alles und lerne sie von tag zu tag mehr zu schätzen . warum sie für mich so besonders ist ? das werd ich euch jetzt verraten
1° klar natürlich muss ich als absolventin in architektur die bauwerke als erstes erwähnen. ich denke ihr wisst alle was ich meine? die straßen sind quasi mit geschichte(n) gepflastert! was mich jedesmal zum verzweifeln bringt aufgrund meiner vorliebe für hohe schuhe . aber das nehme ich gerne in kauf . ich liebe es am wochenende oder sogar nach der arbeit vom 8ten bis in den 2ten zu flanieren und die ganzen seitenstraßen abzuwandern . es gibt jetzt noch momente wo ich neue ecken entdecke . im 7ten seht ihr fast wöchentlich neue graffitis und ich rede hier von wirklich kreativen einfallsreichen sachen . erreicht man den 8ten sieht man jede menge künstler mit ihren büchern und skeptischen blicken im caféhaus sitzen . nähert man sich dem ring spürt man schon die hektische stimmung der einheimischen die sich wie fischschwärme bewegen . da muss man manchmal echt aufpassen nicht mitgezogen zu werden . und ich denke ihr wisst alle was ich meine! wenn man sich dem ubahn eingang nähert und alle plötzlich panisch werden dass sie schon kommt . übersteht man diesen part und erreicht den 1sten wird man von wiener geschichte belohnt . die prachtvolle architektur am ring von der hofburg über das parlament der oper bis hin zum historischen museum und etlichen anderen fabelhaften bauwerken .
2° stadtflair . und jaaaaa in der stadt tickt die uhr anders. natürlich kann man wien nicht mit berlin und nyc und anderen metropolen vergleichen . sie tickt hier im vergleich etwas langsamer aber sie ist immer noch als impulsiv einzustufen . vorallem im sommer kann ich nicht genug von wien bekommen . die sommernächte mit einem guten glas wein in einem schanigarten oder in hippen lokalen draußen zu verbringen ist echt zum verlieben . der naschmarkt ist einer der belebtesten plätze in wien wenn das thermometer +18 grad anzeigt . natürlich ist es auch die sehen-und gesehen werden szene aber darauf pfeif ich die atmosphäre ist unbezahlbar!
3° kulturelle komponente. tja da kann ich nur von meinem stilempfinden ausgehen . unter anderem das historische museum und ausstellungen besuche ich am liebsten das 21haus, die albertina und das mumok .

there is no romantic history behind my decision to move to vienna . retrospective no worth mentioning . the decision was very simple for me . i wanted to enjoy the major city . i love my city more from day to day . why ? well, i am going to tell u now...
1° architecture . what a surprise as an architecture graduate girl . but i think u already know what i mean! the paved streets full of history which makes my life hard because of my obsession for high heels . but i take that! i love to walk through the streets at sundays or also after work to walk from the 8th district down to the 2nd district . passing the 7th district u can discover cool graffiti and i mean really great stuff . coming to the 8th district u can see the artists sitting in the shop window in viennies coffeshops with their books and askance looks . approching the insinde-ring u will feel the bustling flair from the viennies people there . please take care not to get in these shoals of hectic fish . you know what i mean . when the people are moving faster and faster near the metro entrance . if u overcome this part u will be rewarded with absolutely amazing architecture . beginning with hofburg vienna, the parlament through the historical museum and the opera and many more amazing buildings..
2° city flair . because the clock is ticking faster . well of course we can not match with nyc or berlin but we are also impulsive . especially in summer i can not get enough . enjoying balmy summer nights with a glass of vine . the most congested place in vienna in summer is the naschmarkt . well it is a see and be seen place but the atmosphere is invaluable!
